Complete and utter nonsense. Afghanistan is not a country. It's a geographical region. There are 280 provinces in Afghanistan. The Afghan government runs 29 of them. For the most part, Afghanistan is several tribal backwaters run by various bearded men who have never brushed their teeth. Those regionally powerful men enslave very young teenage boys as their sex salves while they supply most of the opium / heroin in the world. It's not the Taliban doing that. It's America's "allies" in Afghanistan doing that. No world power from the U.K. to the Soviet Union has been able to subdue the unruly Afghans. The neo-commie numskulls who talked Bush into a nation building exercise in Afghanistan should all be boiled in oil. That would be a good lesson for all future wannabe world emperors.
