IN NOVEMBER, 2008 B.O. CARRIED THE HIGH SCHOOL DROPOUT VOTE BY ALMOST 2-TO-1 OVER MCCAIN. THE HIGH SCHOOL DROPOUT VOTE WAS B.O.’S STRONGEST EDUCATIONAL DEMOGRAPHIC GROUP. (What? You’re surprised? McCain did well in the White No College demographic.
You might consider that 90% of college students are idiots, especially the dolts majoring in things like "women's studies" or "minority studies," of whom I am quite sure the Kenyan got 99% of the vote. I doubt he got 25% of the engineering major vote. Of high school graduates who didn't see the need to waste $100,000 on pointless degree pursuit, and chose to work for living (you know, plumbers) and didn't want to see Obama spreading the wealth around, I'm sure he wouldn't so well. Of course the dead beat dropouts wanting a handout were very happy with him.
The engineers I know voted for Obama.

It's called "targeting your audience", and in your case it's effective.
