Title: Stupid Leftard Negro: "Herman Cain, For The Sake Of Black America, Pipe Down"!

I have reluctantly held my tongue on Herman Cain for quite some time now, but enough is enough. The “contender” for U.S. president is a comical Republican presidential candidate, and a disgrace to the Black community.

But what makes my skin boil is the painful reminder that Cain is a graduate (and member of the board of trustees) of my Alma Mater, Morehouse College (pause for unanimous gasp). Yes folks, a Black Republican is an alumnus from the only all-male Historically Black College and University in the country.

Now of course, I’m not saying it’s implausible for a Black man to be a Republican, because there are many of them roaming our American soil (sigh). However, the mere fact that Cain is the product of an institution that fosters social advocacy and a focus on the locality of the Black race, one would presume his political ideology to be one of progressive liberalism. There’s absolutely no component in the Republican agenda that benefits the African American community in any shape or form.

Personally, I think Cain’s conservative, “fiscal responsible” political stance is influenced by one thing and one thing only: money. He’s a business multi-millionaire who is only seeking to preserve his wealth and, additionally, procure a little notoriety. Cain doesn’t care about the American people, nor does he care about the African American community.

Just a couple of days ago it was reported that Cain claimed he was called a racist because he decided not to stay on the “Democratic plantation.” He added, “it may shock you but some Black people can think for themselves,” mocking the Black community for their strong backing of President Obama. Cain has some nerve to indict African Americans let alone allude that they, unlike him, are not thinking beings because they’re Democrats. It’s absurd. I think Cain is a political coon, yet I wouldn’t call into question his thinking skills–okay maybe I would.

This is the same Cain who said that as president he would not sign any legislation longer than three pages, criticizing Obama’s 2,700-page health care bill. In other words, if Cain was president we would essentially have no legislation (in his defense, he retracted that statement). This just comes to show how ignorant and ill-equipped Cain is. Being the CEO of a pizza company does not qualify you to be president of the United States, and he has proven that theory.

It’s no wonder why Morehouse has not, and will not ever publicly endorse nor boast for Cain. He is simply put, a joke.

We don't have a politicalstructure here in America anymore, we have a house of cards.

We have a plutocracy who are voting 'Nay' on democracy and trying to destroy the middle class.

I've had goats before. They stink and the Alpines like to climb the horse fence to get out of the pastures. And definitely weren't worth pricewise the cost of putting up goat proof fences.

I can't agree with that, history is full of examples of wealthy folks spending large sums of money to help those less fortunate. Look at the Bill and Melinda Gates foundation as a recent example.

#26. To: harrowup (#25)

I haven't heard any of the candidates talk except the Rom-bot, Ron Paul and Bachmann. I've heard enough about RINO Rick Perry, I would never vote for him.

And I honestly don't have time to watch TV. I get my news from the net (but no streaming media, due to work firewalls).

I like what Cain says... but since he used to work for the Federal Reserve, and doesn't apparently recognize the devastating results of its policies, I'm disinclined to get excited about Cain.

Also, I don't really care about how a person looks or sounds, during a debate, and who looked "most Presidential." I think such subjective measures are of no worth, compared to knowledge of the underlying issues... And in my book (and I think MOST people nowadays) that would be the economy.

Only Ron Paul has stuck to his guns, about fiscal policy, the corruption of the Fed, the corruption of the entire whore-house on the Potomac. EVERYTHING that he said would happen, either has happened, or is full play now.

The debate- though I would have loved to have seen it- would have disappointed me, given the proclivity of the "referee" to lob soft-ball questions at the MSM- 'chosen' candidates, and then turn and ask someone like Ron Paul (a mental giant in a field of midgets) some absurd question like, "Do you support the marriage of gay lesbian indians against nuclear energy?"

The deck is sooooooo stacked by the MSM... And as both the MSM and the government weenies slowly lose the info-war (as Hildebeast Clinton recently whined), they become more transparent, in their desperation.

One need look no further than DwarF, our own forum wannabe... he desperately pushes the leftist agenda, and when he is overwhelmed with facts immediately resorts to the Rules of Disinformation (found HERE). He actively disrupts, attacks, disgusts... anything he can, to hijack the thread.

Oh, the other socialists- go56, lucysmom, gobsheit, rat-boy, et al- they're openly socialists and willfully ignorant, but they're not out-and-out whores to the leftist agenda, like dummy DwarF is...

Most conservative-minded people, in my opinion, will be happy to provide you with information to educate yourself, while leftists are only happy when they educate you on their version of the truth- whether or not their "truth" matches reality... It's a given that the MSM is largely about other people who want to "educate" us. Which, of course, tilts the picture to the hard left, by default.

So they get desperate.

He has a computer science degree (like me).

He worked hard, became the CEO of one of most pre-eminant chains in America, and turned the company around.

The guy oozes success.

No, he's not a politician. That's a big PLUS.

Actually, I had a Free Republic account for a few years even though I knew it was mostly to socialize and be with people I liked. Because though they were more tolerant of some progressives being there at that time period, I could not say exactly what I felt about many things.

I was also in the U.S. Army for quite a while. Which is a place I disagreed with many folks politically. After I won the action I took to Court Martial, I became allergic to talking politics at work and to politically intolerant people and did very well there.

Your opinions do not have a strong foundation in fact, and you strike me as a very narrow minded and needlessly mean spirited sort of dude.

Free Republic

Free Republic -- a bunch of war mongering neo-cons that have nothing to do with Capitalist Eric or myself.

The truism that I've discovered over the years is that the "right" is much more diverse than the left. Much more.

The left is easy. They want the government to give them something. gimme, gimme, gimme, gimme... That's the left.

The "right" is much more complex. It ranges from "anarcho-capitalists" who want the government to pretty much go away to so-called "neo-cons" who want the government to embark on a massive nation building exercise in the middle east.

Another thing I've discovered is that the broad diversity of the "right" is something that the left really really just can't comprehend. So, no matter who a leftist talks to on the "right", they accuse them of supporting neo-con policies. It's just not the case.

Your opinions do not have a strong foundation in fact...

I DO base my posts in facts. I post a variety of data, graphs and pretty pictures, that even a brain-dead knuckle-dragger like YOU can understand...

The hang-up you leftists have, is that you foolishly believe that facts are malleable, and depend strictly upon the interpretation of the observer. This, of course, is the foundational flaw of the leftist mindset. When facts contradict your OPINIONS, you simply choose to disbelieve the facts. You believe that your opinions ARE facts, even when they are demonstrably wrong.

You are incapable of accepting reality, i.e., you're mentally deranged.

you strike me as a very narrow minded and needlessly mean spirited sort of dude.

A little cheese, to go with your whine?

I have NO sympathy for you leftists. You are actively trying to kill my country.

You will not succeed.

That was a joke in an attempt to illuminate my opinion that goats are a hell of a lot smarter than most folks give them credit for.

We have a Nubian that gets it into his head he wants to visit children whenever he hears them and will jump the fence (or open the gate) and rush off to the school bus if he hears the kids laughing at the stop about 1/2 mile by crow away. He has gotten on the bus twice. With cell phones now, they don't have to involve the sheriff anymore...or the DNR.

I know what you say about FReeperland now is true, but it was a different place in the late 1990s to my banning in 2001 when us 'token progressives' got the yo heave ho.

One reason I was there, was at LP and other places is I prefer to listen to what conservatives have to say whether I agree or not.

I believe people of all parts of the political spectrum have a duty to listen to their fellow citizens and to learn their story.

ou are not a dummy Eric,

The first thing you got right...

but you are a man who sees no shade of grays.
Not true. When making engineering decisions, most of my life is spent in a long series of compromises- both from an engineering standpoint, and from a financial one. Design- by and large- is a constant stream of compromises, and simply part of the job. What we wish for, and what we get, are often two distinctly different things. I often make decisions that affect millions of people- judging what is or is not acceptable, in terms of operational risks versus benefits. You seem to think I'm a newb to this game. On the contrary, my livelihood depends on it.

unless you dehumanize your political adversaries and practice psychology with no license in diagnosing mental illness where there is none, you cannot cope with politics.
Utter bullshit. It figures you can't make it through a single post without resorting to the Rules of Disinformation, specifically:

#4. Use a straw man. Find or create a seeming element of your opponent’s argument which you can easily knock down to make yourself look good and the opponent to look bad.

#5. Sidetrack opponents with name calling and ridicule. This is also known as the primary attack the messenger ploy, though other methods qualify as variants of that approach.

And as a FINAL attempt to side-track the discussion:

#12. Enigmas have no solution. Drawing upon the overall umbrella of events surrounding the crime and the multitude of players and events, paint the entire affair as too complex to solve. This causes those otherwise following the matter to begin to loose interest more quickly without having to address the actual issues.

I must admit, you're quite artful in your mixing of different tactics. It's an elegant way to sidetrack any real discussion, all while putting up an intellectual aura. Of course, it's a facade, because at the heart of the matter, you're STILL a traitor, STILL my enemy. I shit on you, and your moral relativism. Much as you wish to relegate reality to "shades of gray" [sic] there are ABSOLUTE truths. That you're too much of a coward to face truth, is YOUR problem, not mine.

I am sorry you have such systemic problems with understanding people and do not have any empathy or insight into others...
Unfortunately, I DO understand you. I know who and what you REALLY are. And I call YOU out- as a traitor to my country, and a threat to everything I hold dear.

Can I be any more clear, you fucking worthless sack of socialist SHIT?

Ultimately this is your cross to bear, not mine.
When we finally get around to dancing, it will be your cross to bear. And with a pinch of luck, I'll get to NAIL your worthless ass to it.

Again, can I be any more clear?

List of those unable to think:
mcgowanjm, ferret mike, skippy, fartboy/yukko, white sands, bucky, lucys idiot mom, e_type_jackoff, go56, badlie, wreck, calCON, mininggold, war, Banjo Boris, Biff, Godwinson and meguro. If you're on the above list, you're too fucking stupid to hold a real conversation.

Nah Eric, you are no psychologist, and you can't be comfortable with the notion people who do not believe exactly as you do politically have a claim to sanity.

Your nasties mean as little as those of Mad Stevie the Dog's. Who is someone with whom you share much in common.

Nice of you to waste your time trying to bait. At least it kept you out of trouble while you were polishing your poisoned apple of a post.

Now now; I don't like Yukon anymore then you do, but from what I know of Hawk is he has had a long pet peeve about people ganging up on others.

There is not a thing dishonorable in that. Give it a rest.

Mike, don't assume for a minute it's about the yuclown thing.

You give it a rest.

I do know Hawk is a good friend of mine. And that's been the case almost as long as I've posted in forums. I've seen you make this point many times.

With all due respect, you are now beyond the point where you are chosing your battles wisely.

So, I'm afraid I have no rest to give while I have a point to make.

I know exactly what you mean, as I also have no rest to give while I have a point to make.

So, how long have you been one of those "good for me, but not for thee" types?

After telling me to "give it a rest", you didn't like it when I threw it right back in your face, did you.

"After telling me to "give it a rest", you didn't like it when I threw it right back in your face, did you."

Why do you ask?

You didn't do anymore then what you usually do in an online confrontation.

I've been following most of you folks going at this from a lurking perspective.

But I also understand Hawk and why he does some things and one of his pet peeves is a gang up situation.

So my point is not whether whom he defended deserved defending, just that his motives were simple and straightforward. So there is not much point in making him a scapegoat for creeps like Yukon.

I actually like you and him and respect both of you as veterans. If I didn't, I wouldn't do the less then enjoyable sharing of opinion you should give it a rest and why.

I don't pretend to be able to tell you what to do, I can only give my opinion for you to take or leave as your leisure. I've done that and gave you the courtesy of listening to your feedback about that.

Thanks for giving that, and on this, that is all I have to say. Cheers.
