The slow-drip stream of purported illicit photos of Rep. Anthony Weiner continues, as a new set allegedly showing the congressman posing shirtless in photos he sent to a woman has emerged and Weiner himself is set to address the pictures today at 4 p.m.
Conservative pundit Andrew Breitbart's website biggovernment.com, which first broke the "Weinergate" scandal last weekend, has been releasing photos all day, with most purportedly showing Weiner shirtless. But reports say at least one more bombshell photo said to be "extremely graphic" is still in the pipeline.
The new photos pile onto previous accusations this morning that Weiner (D-Brooklyn/Queens) sent some 200 sexually explicit messages to a woman from his old Facebook account, according to RadarOnline.com. The website, along with Star magazine, says it has verified that the account belonged to Weiner, and that the messages originated from that account.
According to an alleged transcript of the messages that RadarOnline posted, Weiner, 46 and married, allegedly wrote: "ridiculous bulge in my shorts now. wanna see?"
The alleged woman said responded: "Yea! can u send a pic?"
He allegedly answered back: "jeez, im rushing. let me take a quick pic."
RadarOnline added that the woman claims to have had a "Facebook affair" with Weiner since early this year.
Weiner's rep didn't return request for comment today.
The news comes as conservative pundit Andrew Breitbart, who runs the website that broke the so-called "Weinergate" scandal, released two new photos Weiner allegedly sent to yet another woman from his AOL email account.
And According to biggovernment.com, Weiner sent a photo of himself in a white shirt with two cats in the background, with a subject reading, "Me and the p****s."
Weiner spent much of last week defending himself against allegations that he tweeted a lewd photo of himself at a 21-year-old female college student in Seattle. Weiner said he never sent the photo, which appeared on his Twitter account late last Friday, but that he wasn't sure if the picture was him.
