No one should have any doubt that you have the ability to perform a DoS attack and take a forum down, and neither should anyone ever doubt that you have the ability to hack a forum and compromise a password to impersonate someone ... no one should ever doubt it.

Can't you get off your tree without sawing a limb off? My God man, are you sick accusing me of all these things or what? Yet, all I have ever done is sneak back on to various forums with a new ID. Most everyone knows I do it from forum managers to other users, fewer may do it and some of these folks do it as frequent or more than myself.
I just don't understand why you want to "finger" me as a bad guy is all. The Internet can be a fun place irrespective of opinion. And, I take advantage of it.
To support your own allegations, you should contact the various server/network administrators (not just the forum owners) and trace the actual access logs of and about the servers/networks, trap the specific set of IPs and trace the IPs back through any proxies (and their respective administrators) until you have the proof you want for further REAL reprisal.
Now, I want to help you all that I can to catch these mongrels of publick nuisance about your allegations. But to be clear if someone ran a DOS from their own computer for the purpose of harming a registered Internet server or network, it is a felony grade offense punishable by some exceptional jail time and fines. And is traceable because all Internet networks maintain log files for both source and destination IPs that are time stamped for packet access.
So, the longer you wait researching your allegations, the more difficult it may be (in some cases there is a finite length/history to the log files) and so the data may no longer be available. Some routers perform a round-robin method for the access logs with the newest access always at the top of the file which in turn always writes over the oldest access.
Now, you have all the general data to help you. Also, you have forum managers (with their logs); you have their server administrators (with their logs); you have network administrators (with their logs) and you have the FBI whom are begging to catch these vile "hackers" and can force (without much cost to you) the research for IP tracking to verify your allegations. So you have everything going for you to catch me, if you can.
