I don't drink it anymore (take capsules, instead) because I'm immune to just about any stimulant you can name. But Green tea is good stuff if you sweeten it. Lots of good, long-term effects on your mind and body. During my time in the Caribbean, I used to drink and grow a lot of Yerba Mate. It's has a coffe-strength kick (never liked coffee of any kind) but it is bitter and requires lots of sweetener.
