If you take any document and convert it to a PDF then look at it in Illustrator, it will have layers. Don't believe me? Try it yourself. Another totally bullshit non-issue.

It should have been cleared up with all the publicity concerning it. 0bama knew he would be resented by a large segment of society for many reasons. He should have dispelled as many popular issues as quick as he could before those issues have caused his "leadership" to be tweaked by political speedbumps.
What does scanned have to do with it? The document everyone is looking at is a PDF file released by the White House. Try it yourself, moron. Make a document, any document. Type your grocery list. Use Adobe Acrobat and convert it to a PDF file. Open that file in Illustrator. Open the layers palette. Tell me what you see. Call me a liar again without any basis and you go on bozo, bozo.

Why would it have layers? A scanner or PDF program isn't intelligent. It can't distinguish between readable text and background. But someone deliberately constructing new text over another document would layer it, piece by piece. btw, screw you. Hide behind your filter, coward and liar that you are.

That isn't entirely true, Rudgear. In today's world most scanned images use a vectored approach (layers) towards graphics for electronic data distribution. And very often Adobe PDF Writer is used to perform that task. In fact, Adobe CAN extract text from an image, minimizing manual re-typing. I have the Professional version of Adobe and use it all the time.

I didn't understand it myself when the layer issue was brought up, so I spent all of five minutes testing it. Like you, I have the pro version of Acrobat as well as Illustrator. It's funny that not one of these internet "experts" thought of doing the same thing.
Speaking of stupid sacks of shit, and cowardly ones at that, it supposedly began life as a paper document that at some point in its short existence was scanned into the White House web page. Why it was created as a PDF document is interesting and solely unnecessary. Unless it was created as a PDF document. Then the question becomes: why? I also know you and everyone else likes to ignore the raised seal absence, but when I applied for my drivers license and got into the military, I was specifically reminded to bring a raised seal birth certificate with me.
It isn't their fault from a true sense. Technology is moving so rapidly that it is hard for the average layman to keep up with much less experts in a given field. There is no argument about the authenticity of 0bama's birth as a US Citizen; there never really was one. Just like the Internet production of the COLB from some four years ago from Hawaii, it has been challenged. All we can do is sit back and enjoy the show.

I wouldn't question a format of the actual, original document being examined by an impartial forensic document examiner. Anything else might as well come from Barnum & Bailey. I think the State of Hawaii has already vouched for the authenticity of the document. As far as finding an expert forensic examiner, who would choose? Ever been in court and seen each side bring out their expert witnesses? Guess what? Without fail, they always agree with them that brung 'um.

For a new position, I had to have BOTH certified copies of my BC and College transcripts available; not copied or electronic format. The folks wanted sealed copies of the documents with no method of my possible alteration or tampering delivered directly to them for evaluation. It costs bucks, not a lot but it also costs time. I can see why 0bama doesn't do it; what create 300,000,000 certified copies of his personal records? That is nonsense and it doesn't PROVE a thing. What is required is a formal method of "vetting." There isn't any. So this entire CT has produced one notion for me; a federal committee formally organized to review USSC requirements needs to be in effect. You would think that out of some 25,000,000 government workers that a committee could be organized with little budget requirements, wouldn't you?

Well, just off the top of my head, they could have invited journalists to the WH and presented it, then allowed it to be photographed and published. They could have submitted it to a forensic document examiner and had it independently verified. Or, they could do like they did the last time, and release a digital image of a document that even I as a novice computer user could fake.
A video of what, aka? Actually, skip, if you had a kitten I wouldn't mind a video of it riding on of those little robot vacuums. I never get tired of that.
