I never said a COLB was a birth certificate. This new release though is not a COLB. It is a birth certificate. I am asking you to clarify what you are saying is not a birth certificate. I am not claiming validity or non-validity of this newly released document.

It's the same thing as a birth certificate-that which was just released. It's not the same as what was out out before - What was put out before was being called a COLB - It also says "Certificate of Live Birth".
