Date of birth is aug 4 61. The COLB was issued on aug 8. Born in Kenya, registered in Hawaii. This is NOT a long form birth certificate. It's a certificate of live birth.

Agnew was Richard Nixon's Vice President. A couple of week ago I posted a census report showing that both his parents were non-citizens. Had he not been removed from office for corruption, he would have become President when Nixon resigned. There wasn't a peep about him not being a "natural born citizen" back then.
