America is supposed to be a first world county and half the population live in squalor and poverty - more money to the kids for education and health care needed to get lives out of crime - starts with education jobs and health cover provision to get them away from drugs guns and crime. Fathers need to support single mothers - child support is a joke or commit to marriage to support their children and not welfare. money also needs to be invested by the haves in their own country to make it a safer place to live bc you pay for it anyway in prison facilities, or with your life or possessions if not. My heart goes out to the families of these young men who had everything to live for.
