zogby poll is wrong its not a tie or the economy stupid Paul Begala called his book "It is still the economy stupid" and now John Zogby appears and says the same thing. I wonder if Carville thought this plan up? Mind you this poll was taken before the Wellstone mess that the democrats did the other night.

The new zogby poll is out and John says its the economy that is on voters minds and that America is at a tie again.

I hate to shatter zogbys dream but from what I see the defense of this nation is number one and we are about to see a republican landslide next week in the 2002 election. Just like the profilers were way off with the sniper, so is Zogby with the 2002 election.

GOP up after terror arrests

By Susan Page and David Jackson, USA TODAY WASHINGTON — The arrest of terror suspects in London has helped buoy President Bush to his highest approval rating in six months and dampen Democratic congressional prospects to their lowest in a year. In a USA TODAY/Gallup Poll taken Friday through Sunday, support for an unnamed Democratic congressional candidate over a Republican one narrowed to 2 percentage points, 47%-45%, among registered voters. Over the past year, Democrats have led by wider margins that ranged up to 16 points.

POLL RESULTS: Bush approval chart | Complete results

Now 42% of Americans say they approve of the job Bush is doing as president, up 5 points since early this month. His approval rating on handling terrorism is 55%, the highest in more than a year.

I have been following this story since it started and it is the final straw. I am sitting out this election, the first ever (election day is like a holiday in our family), as are my wife, my sister in law, two of my brothers, and at least one of my sisters. We were all for sure Republican votes in four different states. If Bush pardons them immediately, I, and them, may change my/our mind (s).

This is sickening!

So in other words. If the democrats pick up seats or take over a branch of government. Then you are a false prophet. On the other hand of the pukes win, then it was election fraud.
