Not many fine folks get an opportunity to express their personal opinions about their own viewpoints when confronted with that mob. Nope, they lock it up and "play" as though they can manipulate your own worthy opinion. Let me ask you something that is important to you and others: don't you want to express your own opinion without being bullied? I ask because it is important to know how others feel and think about their time on the channels they select to participate in. No one questions that ALL of us can become out of line with responsible behaviour; yet, when a channel such as LP as moderated to the degree that I am or others are accused of clandestine shenanigans, it as now caused another layer of consideration in an attempt to bring back a wee bit of consciousness. No one caused the issue of "yukon" but the same set of posters using that same user monicker and password. It is a fable anyone caused the issue outside their own realm. I was attacked at LP before I even took a position on anything by the same group that is still doing all the "lolaying" and narcing to Goldi. I would have left sooner but the lovethecake.com threads were legendary so I waited a bit and then headed here. I argue/insult with Godwinson here, but it is issue/position based and therefore not a problem. It's gotten worse on both sides so I've offered a truce that I hope is accepted. Same with war and lucysmom, we disagree but get along. LP sucks because the idiots have free reign.
