This video from CatholicVote.org exposing abortion activists true opinions has been floating around for a couple of days now. Personally I put off watching it as long as possible because I knew going in that it was going to be gut-wrenching and, of course, it was. God bless the people who had the stomach to go out and document these people’s beliefs knowing full well the sick responses they would get.
Of course it all boils down to the same argument in the end with these abortion activists. This child might be inconvenient in some way so lets chemically burn it to death or pull it limb from limb.
Of course writing about this is something I need to force myself to do more. As much as I’d rather put my fingers in my ears and pretend that nobody could possibly believe something this terrible nothing will change if I do that. Everyone needs to think hard and deep about what exactly is going on in this country. Everyone needs to see videos like this.
While defenses of abortion often boil down to little more than rehashed eugenics arguments what you see in this video is actually, shockingly, a degree worse. Eugenicists wanted to kill of certain groups of people because they, disgustingly, believed that would help purify society. The people in this video want to kill children because they find it accommodating.
