Going to start this one off with a singer and group I had never heard of before last week. Any group that can hang with Joe Satriani is worth listening to. Look at the look of pure joy on their faces as they are playing and realize how good it is. Satriani looks like he's in shock.
And this one I heard today for the first time. It's a clip from a tv show called Leverage that I recently started watching. Mostly because of the skinny blonde actress that plays the role of "Parker". Her character has some serious gaps in her social understandings,and is hilarious. She is also amazingly graceful and coordinated when she does the stunts. The guy singing the song is the show regular that plays the muscle of the con group,and that really is him playing the guitar and singing. He even wrote the song. Impressed me so much I bought the CD today.
