Steve's Salsa 2-15oz canned diced tomatoes
1 cup chopped onions (white is good red is better)
1-1/2 Tbsp minced garlic
4 Serrano peppers, minced (or more if you like it really spicy)
1 Tsp dried cilantro leaves (fresh is better)
2 Tbsp lime juice
2 Tbsp honey
1/2 Tsp Kosher salt
1 Tsp ancho chile powder
Combine all the ingredients in blender and pulse to desired texture. Let salsa sit overnight in refrigerator for the flavors to blend. Serve with you favorite tortilla chips or fry your own using corn tortillas and some sea salt.....
