Let salsa sit overnight in refrigerator for the flavors to blend. Serve with you favorite tortilla chips or fry your own using corn tortillas and some sea salt..... It's rated "medium hot" at 1,000 to 5,000 Scoville heat units. With all of the stuff in the garden, I don't really need anything canned at the moment.
