Both the real, and the fake quote can be found on Fox5's website. It was obvious to me that someone acknowledging God's existence, wouldn't simultaneously deny it by writing His name with a lower case "g". It had to be a fake quote by an evangelical atheist, descended from an ape. The fake, atheist (Jason R. Latham) quote may be found here:
