Dayton Police Officer Wolpert testified in Dayton court that he pulled over a driver because he was a known person who drove without a license. The problem is that Officer Wolpert wrote a ticket saying the driver was pulled over for a turn signal violation. Wolpert is obviously lying. Does anyone else out there on the worldwide web know of any violatons that Wolpert has commited. If you know of any crimes that Wolpert has commited sign on and tell us about it. We want true stories and not made up stuff. I have also witnessed Officer Wolpert search a vehicle without a search warrant. That is why I think Wolpert is a corrupt police officer.

I don't know about officer Wolpert....but I got a county sheriff deputy fired for that same reason. And I'm proud of it!
Mine was a seat belt violation(reason I was stopped).My vehicle did not require a seat belt used at that time. I told her to radio and check it out. She did. She came back..begin to write me a ticket instead for speeding after she rode behind me and 5 cars in front of me for 3 miles.
When I got off work I went by to see her Capt. w/a digital recorder. He asked me why the recorder? I replied," I want to find out whether your officer is the only one extorting money outa the public, or..if you are in on it too."
Oh my God!!!....a question of integrity....anything but that!!
BINGO!!!...He then asked me if I had the recorder w/me when she stopped me. My reply,"No say."....(he's thinking: did he? ,..or didn't he?)
I call back in a week...they fired her...she filed a female discrimination suit against the county...got some tv time from local news...my ticket was dismissed.
another... THPatrolman was admonished and my ticket was voided.
Keep a recorder w/you or close...they are deathly afraid if they are in the wrong...and act like they are snakes. They will back off.
