Libyan leader Moammar Gadhafi on Thursday blamed the violence in his country on young people, who he said are taking some sort of pills and being exploited by Osama bin Laden. Speaking by phone on state TV as reports came in of pro-Gadhafi forces killing unarmed civilians in the town of Zawiya, Gadhafi said, "Our children have been manipulated by al Qaeda."

Found this on drudge. Is it real. If so it is very enlightening into Obama.
Yes, it is real, they attended a UN conference. Remember though, the Bush administration took Libya off the list of nations that sponsor terrorism, restored full diplomatic relations, sent Condi Rice to visit, and arranged phone calls between Bush and Qaddafi. Qaddafi was a U.S. ally up until a few days ago.
That is a red herring. Reagan never would have done this. That is why Reagan is loved and Bush is despised. Shaking hands with a mass murderer is unacceptable. It was unacceptable when Condi did it. When Blair did it. And even worse when a sitting Presidnet of the United States did it. Sickening. That is another reason to get rid of the UN. If I was president he would have been arrested put on trial and executed when he came to America. If that was done it would have helped destroy the UN also. So you get two birds with one stone.
Is that the same Ronald Reagan that sold weapons to a nation that held Americans hostage for over a year and did nothing to go after those who blew up 200 Marines in Beirut?
Another red herring to cover for the alleged president.

Your use of red herrings shows that you can't debate the topics at hand. You just throw dust in the air and hope to confuse the subject at hand.

The Taliban formed out of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam, which dates back to the 1940's. The people Reagan invited into the Oval office were members of that group.

The mujahideen are not the Taliban. Some of them became the Taliban later in the 1990's I believe.
The Taliban were part of the Mujahideen as was Bin Laden and his boys.
