The surviving Israelis will seek protection in the hills of Jordan which is a natural protection for them. That is the time when Christ will return in the Second Coming. The people who aid the Israelis will be seen in a favorable light by God. What the US will be doing in this time is a question mark. I assume that this nation won't be able to help the Israelis or will be among those nations attacking them. In either case, I think the US is toast.
