Since most of these unwanted babies are born to desperately poor single moms and will never know a father, please remember to fully fund family services, food stamps, hot lunches, after-school programs, scholarships, welfare, adoption agencies, foster care, drug and alcohol programs, juvenile hall, prison, Medicaid and the Ohio HIV Drug Assistance Program when you pass your bill.
I think your sincerity would be greatly enhance if you step up and adopt a crack or meth addicted, deformed or poverty-born orphan at the same time you sign your bill.
