Democratic lawmakers and unions in Wisconsin are rejecting the notion that civility is important in politics.

State Senate Majority Leader Scott Fitzgerald has ordered the Wisconsin State Patrol to round up Democratic state senators who did not show up when the Senate was called to session Thursday morning to vote on a bill stripping public employees of collective bargaining rights.
Republicans are pushing the bill proposed by Gov. Scott Walker. Thousands of people clogged the halls of the Statehouse for a third straight day in opposition.
Observers in the balcony shouted “Freedom! Democracy! Unions!” as Republicans tried to start debate.
Freedom, Democracy….Unions???
Governor Walker says “Bottom line, the state’s broke.”
But…they don’t care if the state goes broke, you see. That’s the problem here.

There is no budget crisis. The scumbag Republican in Wisc. wanted to give tax breaks to the wealthy and to do that he has to reduce state services. On top of that he is throwing a union busting move into the mix.
