To: Godwinson, Brian S (#1) years ago the IEEE published a detailed assessment of anti-missile systems, they concluded that any country that could field a ballistic missile could overcome any proposed anti-missile system. Simple counter-measures such as causing the missile to wobble, reinforcing the code with laser-resistant materials, or launching decoys were easy to deploy.
