Weird Stuff/Unexplained Title: Queer thong model pleads 'Nao culpado' in sugar daddy's Times Square castration slay Strangulation, bludgeoning, face-stomping, castration with a corkscrew -- put them all together and you still get second degree murder. Boyish Portuguese underwear model Renato Seabra pleaded "Nao culpado" today in the horrific Times Square hotel slaughter of his lover, a fashion-journalist sugar daddy three times his age. Seabra, 21, has admitted attacking Carlos Castro, 65 over the course of at least an hour after they argued in their room at the InterContinental last month, according to police statements released after today's not guilty plea. These attacks included grabbing and choking Castro, stabbing him in the groin and face with a corkscrew, and using the corkscrew to then cut off the older man's testicles, according to the statements. Seabra also stomped on Castro's face with such force, his shoe left impressions in his victim's skin, officials say. Still, Seabra has managed to dodge first degree murder charges, which are reserved for the most heinous homicides, including serial killings, the killings of judges and cops, and killings deemed "cruel and wanton." As cruel and wanton as Seabra's alleged actions in that 34th-floor hotel room sound, first degree murder also requires that the murderer enjoyed himself, or "relished the infliction of extreme physical pain upon the victim." Seabra, apparently, gets a break for not having -- or at least not admitting to having -- a good time while allegedly committing the tortures. And the difference between murder one and murder two is all the difference in the world for a 21-year-old. Murder one -- a rare charge, brought only 42 times in 2009 in New York state according to the most recent stats of the Division of Criminal Justice Services -- carries a maximum sentence of life without parole, meaning zero chance of daylight. But murder two's maximum is 25 to life, meaning a person so sentenced at least gets to see a parole officer after 25 years. In Seabra's case, that would be at around age 45. Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Charles Solomon ordered Seabra held without bail pending his next court appearance, scheduled for March 4. "He pleaded not guilty, and we plan a vigorous defense," defense lawyer David Touger said after court. "We are confident there will be a successful result for Mr. Seabra," the lawyer added, without elaborating. Seabra admits sparking the deadly Jan. 7 argument by telling Castro that he was only in the May-December relationship for the older man's money, sources have told The Post. "I'm not gay anymore!" Seabra, allegedly told investigators he screamed at the popular writer. According to documents released today, "Defendant stated that he grabbed Carlos around the neck from behind and dragged Carlos to the ground while applying pressure to his windpipe. "Defendant stated that he stabbed Carlos with a corkscrew in the groin area and the face," the statements continue. "Defendant stated that he cut off Carlos' testicles with the corkscrew. Defendant stated that he hit Carlos on the head with a computer monitor and that he stomped on Carlos' face while wearing shoes," the statements added. An autopsy has revealed a small bone in Castro's neck had been snapped -- along with other evidence of neck compression. Sources have told The Post that Castro was still alive at the time he was castrated, though likely unconscious.
