Pa. House Meeting Boils Over

The rules meeting errupted into a shouting match between Democrats and Republicans, ending with some Democrats throwing things, and storming out of the room.
The back and forth came after Republicans accused Democrats of standing in the way of passing laws to reform state government. Democrats say the proposals would disenfranchise them and their constituents.
The result of the Rules Committee vote wasn't immediately clear.
