As we move into the new Congress and work toward advancing important legislation for our community, its crucial not to forget what happened in the lame duck session of 2010, said Laura Vazquez of La Raza. The DREAM Act was an important measure of support for our community and we need to remember who stood with us and who turned their backs on us.
