Isn't he doing they job they hired Hey-Raldo to do? Or is that stereotyping?

Or is that stereotyping? I thought that was what Juan Williams was hired for.
Naw,Juan was hired to supervise Hay-Raldo. Would YOU want Hay-Raldo running around in YOUR building without adult supervision? The difference between the two is that even though Juan is often wrong,he is thoughtful. Hay-Raldo is always wrong and has never had a thought in his life. He is a oxygen thief.
