Title: Dupnik: Giffords Gunman Might Have Accomplice

Pima County Sheriff Clarence Dupnik said Saturday evening that the man linked to the shooting of Rep. Gabrielle Giffords and others might have an accomplice. "We are not convinced he acted alone," Dupnik said at a news conference. Dupnik said investigators have reason to believe the 22-year-old suspect whom he would not name came to the scene with someone else. "We have photos," Dupnik said of the gunman's companion. Nate T. Gray, of the FBI, referred to bringing "those responsible" to justice. Six people have now died in the attack, said Gray, who is in charge of the FBI office in Phoenix. Five people died at the scene and a 9-year-old girl died at a hospital, said Dupnik. There was no security at the event, a meet-and-greet outside a Safeway on the northwest side, Gray said. In all, 19 people were shot or injured, Dupnik said. Two of the people who were wounded have not been identified by authorities, he said. The surgeon is "cautiously optimistic" that Giffords "may survive," Dupnik said. Federal Judge John Roll went to mass at Tucson's cathedral, as he did every Saturday, and on his way home decided to stop and say ‘hi' to Giffords, his friend, Dupnik said. "He was at the wrong place at the wrong time," Dupnik said. Dupnik called two people who tackled the gunman "were brave individuals, noting that the semi-automatic pistol still had ammunition when the gunman was taken into sheriff's custody. He said the gunman was a subject of, "some police interest in the recent past," and he has made death threats in the past, but not toward Giffords. There was no reason to worry about the Giffords event in advance, he said. The attack started at 10:10 a.m. amid a crowd of about two dozen people. The gunman might have planned to shoot himself, Dupnik told reporters.

It's not hard to see who wanted her dead, and anyone who supported her intimidated. It's time for more Democrats to represent that party in Congress. We should have a separate national movement to send money and people to that state to unseat any criminals the Tea Terrorists helped put into power there.

In fact, the stable of radical right wing wing nuts in the past few elections have been wedge issues like the bullshit Swift boat crap and all other trumped up games that used negative emotion and hatred to try to work past the process to get a result that is more like what is the fruit of a lynch party. There will be an election result you will choke on in two years; the one that puts an end to the game the Tea Terrorists are playing now.

This event will put the cherry on the loss of popularity and support this former Half term governor has experience over the past few months.

Parker wrote of Lougher, "As I knew him he was left wing, quite liberal and oddly obsessed with the 2012 prophecy." She also described him as "more left." Lougher also left a trail of bold political statements. On his now deleted MySpace page, Lougher wrote a series of disjointed rants, including: *"If there's no flag in the Constitution, then the flag in the film is unknown. There's no flag in the Constitution. Therefore, the flag in the film is unknown. Burn every new and old flag that you see. Burn your flag!" *"I bet you can imagine this in your mind with a faster speed. Watch this protest in reverse! Ask the local police, 'What's your illegal activity on duty?'" *"If you protest the government, then there's a new government from protesting. There's not a new government from protesting. Thus, you aren't protesting the government." Three months ago, Lougher made a YouTube video in which he proclaimed, "I know you're illiterate! This is the greatest protest for exposure into a wrongful act. The school is breaking the Constitution. If you watch the video then you'll understand. The teachers are taking advantage of you in the First and Fifth Amendment. The United States Constitution, which is the law, can be broken at this school."

You know, our Founding Fathers, they put that Second Amendment in there for a good reason and that was for the people to protect themselves against a tyrannical government. And in fact Thomas Jefferson said it's good for a country to have a revolution every 20 years.
I hope that's not where we're going, but, you know, if this Congress keeps going the way it is, people are really looking toward those Second Amendment remedies and saying my goodness what can we do to turn this country around? I'll tell you the first thing we need to do is take Harry Reid out.
