So the minority leader in the 111th congress is now the speaker in the 112th... AND The speaker in the 111th congress is now the minority leader in the 112th. In other words, the leaders in congress of the two parties haven't changed from the 111th to the 112th. And you're as giddy as a school girl over that fact????????? The one party/two wing charade continues.
And the sheep will bleat their submission, Burma Shave.
he's completely ignoring that the first statement out of the new Congress was that it was reneging on its promise to cut $100 billion in the first year. Just wait until they vote to raise the debt ceiling in exchange for some token or future cuts in spending.
Since January 3, 2011, Republicans have controlled the power of the purse.
