Another obvious to most people with brains fact: I came out on top. There is really no need to sue. She wanted to draw out information about be to use against me and failed. By the way, Bad Eye, part of the game of making accusations to the point one does not listen to the one you are trying to bait is verifying information. My DD for 214s are available from the Lane County Records clerk in Eugene, OR, the county seat. Whiner Sands is no doubt is defaulting to slander in regards to my service. I dare him to write for a copy of one of my DD form 214s, or all of them to verify my service. The Lane County records clerk registers DD form 214s free as a service to vets. And anything in their data base is public record. Cheers.

But since there really is no sure way to know one way or the other here on the web what his actual status is, I'd rather chance allowing a fraud to go un-addressed than to chance insulting a real vet's service. The service is very easy to verify. I have all my DD form 214s registered with the Lane County Records clerk. They are public record, and under Michael Joseph McCarthy. My first enlistment was 21 Sep 76 - 20 Sep 79. So if Sands wants to slander a veteran without checking, it's on him. That first DD form 214 is in my name, and has basic parachutist wings and A/C crewmember wings, so if they send that one, it's mine. As far as his whines about the gender of returning bannee accounts, I spent years being a thorn in Jim and John Rob's side, and learned many techniques for doing shadow accounts, and varying the gender was one of them. So his whines are sketchy and contrived. My first enlistment, my MOS was 67N UH- 1H helicopter repair and maintenance. I trained at Ft. Rucker, went to jump school, than the 82nd Abn Div at Ft. Bragg, N.C. I don't hardly think I would know this bird with a T53L13 engine, and a semi- rigid, preconed and underslung rotor head unless I had had to deal with them as a maintenance person, but he is free to posture as he wishes.
