And she should have a thick enough skin to take the normal reaction to add controls to people she has no right to demand. You have a right to your opinions too, though we strongly disagree. And I am quite sure you would take exception to someone wishing similar sentiments you just expressed about Murron toward you. Think about that ConOp. Only the administrator/owner can make rules and control the runnings of a forum. People like you, I and others have to use skills we develop in these forums to cope and function in a place like this. That is the only place anyone should come from. Someone treats someone badly, they get reciprocity. It is as simple as that.

Well Fred, in conflict resolution, it is important to recognize that sometimes things go so badly with someone's life, they lash out at others irrationally. I would venture a guess she is scapegoating others for things not going well in her life. When that happens, there is nothing much one can do about it. But whether you confront or pull back from conflict sent your way, it is important to always respect the other individual's rights and humanity.

I doubt Ferret Mike was ever in the US army. Yes to the first assertion. As for the second, I knew a few, thankfully a small few, in the service that were just like him. Most of em didn't make it out of bootcamp. I've know far too many that claimed to have served, only to be outted as liars.
