In response to the unprovoked, cross-border attack by the Hizbullah terrorist faction of the Lebanese government, the Israeli Defense Forces engaged in a series of naval shelling missions resulting in damage to infrastructure in Lebanon, including numerous bridges. Watch the four-minute video below and see the Israeli navy “respond” to the terrorist attack which resulted in eight dead soldiers, ten wounded, and two taken hostage. The first section of the video shows Israeli naval shelling of the Gaza Strip recently, and the main section of the video provides remarkable spy-plane footage of the July 12th, 2006 naval bombardment of a target in Lebanon.
