I think the reason I post more soul music is because that's what I grew up on in Cincy, we spent our lunch breaks and free time with music and dance...and that's all...music was our life. I like other music, all kinds, but oldies soul, Motown, is my all time favorite...Oh, and I thought hippies were freaks and their music SUCKED!!!

If they only made music like that anymore, the record biz wouldn't be worrying about diving for scraps hassling sites like Napster. People would buy the stuff in stores instead of having to find deleted music on line.

BTW,if you never watched that show you should check out all the reruns. It is hilarious. Ted,the guys singing with Carla,was one of my favorites. He plays the hospital lawyer that is divorced and living with his mother. In one show his briefcase falls open and a VERY large bottle of aspirin and a 38 fall out on the floor. Somebody asks him why he has all those aspirins,and he says "In case I have a bad day." They then ask him,"Why the 38",and he says,"In case the aspirin doesn't work." They had a lot of guest musicians/singers on that show,but until this episode I had no idea Carla could belt it out like that.
