That's my situation but some people were squalling how I was killing pets. I can't really have that problem since I only have one neighbor within a mile of me,but even if I did there would be no reason to kill them just because they are stray and unclaimed. Call your county animal control people and have them set out cages to trap the strays. They get paid to do this if they do nothing but sit in their offices,so why not give them a call instead? It's different if the strays are diseased and/or dangerous,but strays just wandering around that aren't a threat shouldn't be killed.

In any event, that is a dumb thing to say to someone who put his life in danger during an act of political dissent and nearly died. I knew I was in jeopardy and did not give up before I fell. And I served in the U.S. Army nine years and going to Panama gave me combat veteran status. You don't go to where they are shooting at people in your uniforms without knowing you could die. I will also confront racists when they act out, even if outnumbered. I know because I have done it before, and come out on top. I would definitely sacrifice my life for what I believe in. I most certainly am not Christian. And all a martyr usually is is someone who is too dead to control the spin on why they did what they did.
