WASHINGTON — Minnesotans are pretty sure that their current governor, Tim Pawlenty, is going to run for president — but he might have company in the race from another former governor. Former Gov. Jesse Ventura told the New Yorker that he'd like New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg to run for president. If Bloomberg doesn't want to go, but would be willing to help finance his campaign, Ventura said he'd be willing to run. What's more, Ventura said if he ran he'd win. From the New Yorker:

Jesse, at first, demonstrated a promise of change for the better in MN. But it didn't take him long to reveal himself for the cartoon character he is.

Maybe Palin,but not Trump. He may be the one man that CAN'T win. Besides his record of being the worlds most incompetent businessman with a record that nobody has bothered to really make public,he is a egomaniac of the 1st degree,and there is no way he could stand the public criticism that politicians have to deal with while running for office. On a personal level,he is also a VERY unlikable guy. People tune in to his show to laugh at him,not with him. He is so egotistical and confused he thinks they tune in because they like him.

I think he did a pretty damn good job in some areas. I think his domestic policies like deficit spending was insane, as I noted at the time. I was also against the TARP and other types of bailouts he began, and Owe-bama expanded dramatically. And all of it is in various databases/political forums under 'Badeye'.

Thanks. I had another dozen examples, but figured it was overkill. The assertion that Owe-bama is nothing but a Bush clone is so ridiculous it simply wasn't worth writing more. We all had problems with specific policies and decisions Bush made. But nobody ever questioned if he loved his country. Supporting global trade is not being anti-American, whether you agree with the idea or not. Even Reagan supported NAFTA.
Reagan was the second best president in my lifetime, Ike was first. But Reagan was wrong on NAFTA and amnesty. Ike deported over a million illegal invaders.
