DUBAI (Reuters) - A group led by al Qaeda in Iraq released gruesome footage of two corpses it said were of U.S. soldiers killed in June, and dedicated the video to an Iraqi girl raped and shot dead by U.S. forces. The video, issued by the Mujahideen Shura Council in Iraq and posted on an Islamist Web site on Tuesday, showed the bodies of two Western-looking men dressed in camouflage uniforms. It was not clear from the images whether they were U.S. soldiers. One body had been decapitated. Both were bloodied and with flesh missing from several parts of their bodies. Several shots showed the bodies being trodden on by unidentified men. "We present this production, of the remains of the bodies of the two American soldiers kidnapped near Yusufiya, as revenge to our sister whose honor was violated by a soldier from the same regiment," the Mujahideen Shura Council said in a statement accompanying the video. The video opened with a statement from al Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden and the voice of his slain deputy in Iraq, Abu Musab al-Zarqawi, could also be heard.
I dunno what he's rambling about, but you'll never get any proof from Mud. He's an America hating throwback to the colonial days and perfectly represents the kind of person who would not have fought for our countrys freedom to begin with. I don't know that it matters.. We've already admitted we plant fake news stories, hire actors and stage events like dragging Saddam's head around the block. At this point, seeing it doesn't mean believeing it.
It does for 99% of Americans. They fall for it. The number of contractors in Iraq is shocking. A lot of my old friends, with whom, I've since lost touch, were eager to go to Iraq as contractors. Contractors are smart, experienced people. They know that their livelihood depends on keeping support for the war going in the U.S. and they have no problems with committing savageries in the name of AL Qaeda to keep the American people thirsting for vengeance on the insurgents.
