The revelry begins well before Thursday's swearing-in at the Capitol. At a nightclub a few blocks to the south, the Nashville band Big & Rich will entertain hundreds of guests Monday night, including members of Congress. The tab will be paid by sponsors that include the electric utility Southern Co., tobacco and food giant Altria Group, and UST, which markets smokeless tobacco and wine. Each was also a $250,000 donor to Bush's official inaugural committee.
