Did Barbara decide to have a word with her after watching the train derail two days in a row? Did the heat from women’s groups about her favorite term of endearment finally convince her to back down? Or did she wise up and realize that, at the rate she’s going, she’s going to help Angle bank another half million in donations before the weekend’s out? Not that it much matters at this point: According to Nate Silver’s statistical model, the Senate seat every conservative wants to win above all others now stands a 76 percent chance of turning red.
Admit it: If CNN replaced Parker and Spitzer with Behar and Olbermann, you’d watch. Just for the cutesy Ephron-esque banter.
