Bush is set to release next month. One of the details released in the report is that President Bush gave the order to shoot down planes on September 11 -- and at first thought the plane that went into a rural field in Shanksville, Penn. had been shot down. The 9/11 chapter is titled "Day of Fire." Decision Points is set for a November 9 release but the Drudge Report apparently was leaked a copy. It reports that the book starts with a chapter on President Bush's decision to quit drinking. The book is described as a "strikingly personal work" and it apparently does not attack his critics. President Bush will reportedly mark the launch of the book with an appearance on Oprah.
