Lexington, Kentucky Police Public Information Officer Sherelle Roberts has confirmed that a criminal summons is being served on a Mr. Tim Profitt who has been ordered to appear before a Fayette County District Court judge for the assault on Lauren Valle. Tim Profitt, Rand Paul for Senate Bourbon County, Kentucky Coordinator with the candidate. Profitt has admitted to stomping his foot on Lauren Valle's head. Tim Profitt from Paris, Kentucky is a Paul donor and also the Rand Paul for Senate Bourbon County coordinator and is being sought as the head stomper by the Lexington police. In a statement sent to the Associated Press, Profitt has admitted placing his shoe firmly on the face of a Lauren Valle outside a Senate debate on Monday night, but insisted that the camera angle of the footage that captured the alteration made the scuffle look worse than it was. The fact that Profitt is an official coordinator of the Rand Paul campaign opens Paul to potential civil liabilities. Profitt was well known to the Paul campaign and touted the endorsement of Tim Profitt at the bottom of an ad they had taken out in a Bourbon County paper. Reacting to the issuance of a criminal summons for Profitt, Paul campaign manager Jesse Benton said Profitt's actions were unacceptable and would not be tolerated. "The Paul campaign has disassociated itself with the individual who took part in this incident, and once again urges all activists on both sides to remember that their political passions should never manifest themselves in physical altercations of any kind." There are also unconfirmed reports from the Tea Party, liberal blogosphere and Twitter feeds that have identified another one of the men who assaulted Lauren Valle. The alleged name of the second attacker is Mike Pezzano, a very active member of The Lexington Rand/Ron Paul Campaign for Liberty Group. To the credit of the Kentucky Tea Party, his name and photograph was distributed by an anonymous Tea Party activist. Pezzano is allegedly the man in the plaid shirt who wrestled Lauren Valle to the ground. Pezzano was not the guy who stomped on Valle's head. Lexington Police spokesperson Roberts has neither confirmed or denied Pezzano's name only saying the investigation continues. Who is Lauren Valle, an instigator? Has anyone checked her background, where she is from, what she was doing at a Rand Paul event, who paid her way and why?
Were you a Ron Paul supporter? I don't think they can own it. There are to many incumbants running.

His SUV pulled up, and Haeberle, referring to http://MoveOn.org activist Lauren Valle, says, "It looks from our video, I went back and watched it several times, it appears that she actually got next to the SUV and attempted to present him with that fake award. And then afterwards, a couple of the Paul supporters...restrained her and then it continued there, one lady saying there, 'Get off, get off,' and then you see the man's foot stomp on Lauren Valley's head." Instigator or Anarchist , it doesn't warrant what was done to her. The LEOs need to investigate and who ever hurt this woman needs to be prosecuted.

Fox 41's Bennett Haeberle witnessed the stomping incident. Tuesday on Fox News @ 4, he told anchor Elizabeth Woolsey that Rand Paul arrived about an hour before the debate was set to begin.
Valle said that she recognized the Paul supporters who went after her and felt frightened almost immediately after they claimed they were there to do 'crowd control.' Her treatment, she said, was 'premeditated.'" huff.to/9xoRKe
