We've been told that Bush was an idiot and Obama is the smartest President eevvvaaahh!!! Here's Obama talking to a group of kids. When President Bush went to talk with the kids, notice how many teleprompters he used. Yeah, Bush was the dumb one. Kids don't care if you are "on message" and perfect. I'm sure no matter which one spoke to them, they would be thrilled for years to tell people that they met the President. The other explanation is that one of these Presidents was talking to the kids and the other was really talking to the parents through the TV. In that case, the kids are just props. Which explanation is worse; needing a teleprompter to talk to kids or using them as props? Either way, I'm not impressed. Not really, but he was much better than the previous inhabitant of the White House.
