The title of this thread states the way mature people respect fair use. If you have editorialization, put it in a post. They who's piece is being used has a right to be respected enough to use the title they want for it.
No, and unless Stone grasps and accepts the concept, it is one that will go nowhere. You can't enforce proper moderation without he who has the controls going along with it.
It's his forum. He's the one that has to decide. All I can do is propose.
