HOPEWELL TOWNSHIP — A 6-by-8 foot shower curtain — with the words “END TREASON ARREST ALL ZIONIST JEWS” painted on it in black — was removed from an I-95 overpass on Thursday (Sept. 16). Hopewell Township police, who removed the sign with the aid of the Ewing-based Prospect Heights fire company, learned of the sign through a phone call from a motorist traveling north on I-95. The sign had been affixed to a board, which was adhered to the steel bridge support beam. Also painted in red on the sheet was “9 11.” Prospect Heights firefighters brought an aerial truck to the scene so officers could safely access the location. The motorist told police she “observed a sheet of plastic hanging from the railroad overpass between Exit 3 (Scotch Road) and Exit 4 (Route 31) with writing on it,” township police Chief George Meyer said. “The caller said that the writing on the plastic appeared to be of an anti-Semitic nature. The caller also said that she travels the road daily and had not seen the sign there before.” Officers from the CSX Railroad police department responded, as did officials from the New Jersey Division of Criminal Justice. Hopewell Township police are investigating the bias incident along with CSX police. Officers believe that whoever placed the sign gained access from the CSX property. It is unknown how long the sign was there. Police had no other calls regarding it. When the officers found it, part of the writing was not visible from the roadway below because the wind had flipped it up onto the steel beam. Police said the sign was located on the northern end of the bridge, closest to southbound traffic lanes, which approach the area from the opposite side of the bridge. The sign was over traffic driving away from it. It was on the opposite side of the interstate from the approaching northbound traffic. George Sabatino was the responding officer. Detective Kevin Zorn is following up on the case with CSX police.

I'm just warning you guys as I wouldn't want any harm to come to you! I'd warn you if you attempted to go night-swimming at Point Dume, Malibu that it is dangerous due to the sharks and I'm warning you here about your political opinions because one day the winds are going to blow in a different direction and I wouldn't want anything to happen to you.
