FAIRBANKS, Alaska - U.S. Sen. Lisa Murkowski has decided to run as a write-in candidate in the November election, according to an e-mail from a campaign supporter. And a Murkowski cousin, Mary Gore, wrote on her Facebook page today that Murkowski will announce her continued candidacy in Anchorage this afternoon. “...My cousin will announce at 5:00 today that she will run as a write-in candidate for US Senate,” Gore wrote. “If you live in Anchorage, come join the party at the Dena’ina Center. “Come be a part of history and learn how to spell her last name correctly for the ballot!” Murkowski campaign spokesman Steve Wackowski declined to confirm reports that Murkowski was going to continue her campaign against Fairbanks attorney Joe Miller, who upset Murkowski in the Aug. 24 Republican primary. “It’s either going to be a wake or going to be a wedding,” Wackowski said of today’s announcement. “And that’s about all I can say. “We want to gather all her supporters there, and she wants to tell them directly her intentions,” he said. Murkowski is traveling from Washington, D.C. and is expected to arrive in Anchorage at about 2:30 p.m.

LOL! Well that seems like a waste of time. People here know that her father was hauled out of the Senate by the nationl GOP to run for governor, because there was no Fed friendly candidate for that office, with the understanding that he could appoint his kid to the Senate seat. Criminal political behavior.
this probably hurts the Democrat more than Miller.
She'll pull a few libtards away from McAdams (D), and increase Millers victory margin.
I predict that she will get more write in votes than "Bozo the Clown".
And that means what ????? There are a lot of Parliamentary systems in the world.
If she wants to be an asshole.
It means that as factions become more and more entrenched we're going to see "coalitions" necessary to forming a majority in the legislature and it going to play havoc with the committee system that runs the Congress.
Maybe...there's an interesting dynamic at play here...
We vote on Sundays or Election Day is a Holiday. For starters. Then %age v First past the post. Then, alliances to form adding %ages together. Then, a MultiParty System. As the POTUS gets edged out, per the Leader of the Prime Alliance, or...wait for it... Prime Minister.
