Title: Hit on Iran would spell Israel's 'eradication': Ahmadinejad

DOHA (AFP) – Iran's President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad ruled out an attack on the Islamic republic over its nuclear programme, during a visit to Qatar on Sunday, because any such action would result in Israel's destruction.

"Any act against Iran will lead to the eradication of the Zionist entity," he told a joint news conference in Doha with Qatar's emir, Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa al-Thani, after their talks.

Israel, the region's sole if undeclared nuclear power, has not ruled out a military strike to prevent Iran acquiring an atomic weapons capability, an ambition its arch-foe Tehran strongly denies.

"The Zionist entity and the US government would hit any country in the region whenever they are able to do so, and they will not wait to get permission. But (at the moment) they cannot," he said.

"Iran has the ability to retaliate, strong and hard," warned Ahmadinejad, whose comments in Farsi were translated into Arabic.

Iran's hardline president said the talk of war against Iran to halt its controversial nuclear programme was aimed at putting psychological pressure on Tehran.

"There will be no war against Iran. What could take place is a psychological war," he said.

In renewed criticism of the relaunched direct peace negotiations between the Palestinians and Israel, Ahmadinejad charged that the "decaying" Jewish state was hoping to "revive" itself through the talks.

"The Zionist entity is decaying. It is in a critically difficult state, and hopes to revive itself through an unfruitful dialogue," he said.

Ahmadinejad had on Friday said the Washington-sponsored talks were "doomed" to fail, and infuriated the moderate Palestinian leadership by slamming it as unrepresentative.

"Who gave them the right to sell a piece of Palestinian land? The people of Palestine and the people of the region will not allow them to sell even an inch of Palestinian soil to the enemy," he said at an annual pro-Palestinian rally.

Unlike other Arab states in the Gulf that have echoed Western suspicions about Iran's nuclear programme and its ambitions in the region, Qatar has maintained friendly relations.

In May when the United States was pushing for a new round of UN sanctions against Iran, Qatar backed Turkish and Brazilian efforts to broker a deal that would avoid further punitive measures.

But Qatar is also a staunch US ally and hosts two American military bases.

As-Sayliyah base served as the coalition's command and control centre during the 2003 US-led invasion of Iraq, while the US air force used Al-Udeid airbase in the 2001 war in Afghanistan and in the aftermath of the Iraq invasion.

There are still some dummies that think that the Iranian hitler never said he wanted to annihilate Israel. Dumb asses.

Agreed. I get sick of the Iranian apologists on the left and on LF.

As I said the other day, I love that word "eradication"...so final and complete.

Just saying...

Never swear "allegiance" to anything other than the 'right to change your mind'!

There are still some dummies that think that the Israeli Mossad did not do the interpretation and Ahmadinajad never said he wanted to annihilate Israel. Dumb asses.

Ahmadinajad wants like me to get rid of the Fascist Ysrael Empire Regime.

The same sociopaths who along with Wolfowitz, Pearl, Cheney, SS, and Norad did 911.

However, the idea that steel heated up by fire could account for the collapses of the Twin Towers is wrong for at least two reasons.

In the first place, even if the steel had indeed lost 90 percent of its strength, it would still have offered some resistance, because the law of conservation of momentum would not have taken a holiday. So a collapse “essentially in free fall” would have been impossible. In the second place, there is no empirical basis for claiming that either tower’s steel had lost any strength, let alone 90 percent of it. On the one hand, as MIT engineering professor Thomas Eagar has pointed out,

structural steel only “begins to soften around 425°C [797°F].”74 On the other hand, scientific studies on 16 perimeter columns carried out by NIST scientists found that “only three [of these perimeter] columns had evidence that the steel reached temperatures above 250ÚC [482ÚF].” These NIST scientists also found no evidence that even this temperature (250ÚC [482ÚF]) had been reached by any of the core columns.75

911 accelerated the war for the Jews.

As in, how many Jews have died in Iraq/Afghanistan?

There will be no peace.

At any given moment for the rest of our lifetimes, there will be multiple conflicts in mutating forms around the globe. Violent conflict will dominate the headlines, but cultural and economic struggles will be steadier and ultimately more decisive. The de facto role of the US armed forces will be to keep the world safe for our economy and open to our cultural assault. To those ends, we will do a fair amount of killing. —The American Culture Bomb Via: New York Times:

An Iraqi reality television program broadcast during Ramadan has been planting fake bombs in celebrities’ cars, having an Iraqi army checkpoint find them and terrifying the celebrities into thinking that they are headed for maximum security prison.

The show “Put Him in [Camp] Bucca” has drawn numerous protests but has stayed on air throughout the fasting month, broadcasting its “stings” on well-known Iraqi personalities.

According to Greg Fuchek, vice president of a company that supplied computer equipment to identify human remains at the site, the working conditions at Ground Zero remained "hellish" for six months, because the ground temperature ranged from 600 to 1,500 degrees Fahrenheit.106

These inextinguishable fires were a mystery. Assuming the truth of the official account of the destruction of the World Trade Center, there would have been nothing in the debris pile other than ordinary building materials, and these can burn only in the presence of oxygen. There would have been little oxygen available in the densely packed debris piles, and wherever it was available, the fires should have been easily suppressed by the enormous amounts of water and chemical suppressants pumped into the piles. The fires’ seemingly miraculous power to keep burning could not be explained by the airplanes’ jet fuel (which some people seem to think of as having miraculous powers, even though it is essentially kerosene), because it would have all burned out, as mentioned above, within a few minutes.

A non-miraculous explanation is suggested by the discovery of a large amount of nanothermite residue in the WTC dust, which was reported in a peer-reviewed scientific journal in 2009.107 Being both an incendiary and a high explosive, nanothermite is one among several types of “energetic nanocomposites” – described by an article in The Environmentalist as “chemical energetic materials, which provide their own fuel and oxidant and are not deterred by water, dust or chemical suppressants.”108 The discovery of nanothermite residue in the dust provided, therefore, an empirical basis for a non-miraculous explanation of the long-lasting fires at Ground Zero.

Want to talk about the Ysraelis some more?

Cause I still do:

Rice, a lying soicopath. Evil:

Miss Rice added: 'Everyone in that room thinks that perhaps it's been shot down.

'I got on the phone with somebody at the National Military Command centre... just saying "You must know whether or not you've shot down a commercial airliner ".

'That was just a horrible thought that the American air force would have shot down innocent civilians, that was a horrible thought.

'As I've reflected now on what the passengers and crew of flight 93 did, first of all there's a sense of personal gratitude that they may well have saved my life, me personally.

Via: Washington Post:

The CIA took an internal poll not long ago about friendly foreign intelligence agencies.

The question, mostly directed to employees of the clandestine service branch, was: Which are the best allies among friendly spy services, in terms of liaison with the CIA, and which are the worst? In other words, who acts like, well, friends?

“Israel came in dead last,” a recently retired CIA official told me the other day.

Not only that, he added, throwing up his hands and rising from his chair, “the Israelis are number three, with China number one and Russia number two,” in terms of how aggressive they are in their operations on U.S. soil.
