The association is an association. The property is private. They don't jointly own the property. If they did anyone could walk into anyones house at anytime.

The association itself is a corporation, which you yourself have declared as having the same rights as a person, and as such it determines the proper use of the property in common.

Critter and I go back to about 1999 or so. As a handicapper, I'd guess the odds of my account being activated are about 20 percent. I'd say 90 percent if Christine was running things.
