The association is an association. The property is private. They don't jointly own the property. If they did anyone could walk into anyones house at anytime.
I've been in a condo association in Virginia. My dad was in one in Mexico. I could tell you stories about both of them, but not tonight. The good, the bad and the ugly.

You need to stop flying by the seat of your pants. A homeowner's association exists to manage a development's property in common. The association itself is a corporation, which you yourself have declared as having the same rights as a person, and as such it determines the proper use of the property in common.

Critter and I go back to about 1999 or so. As a handicapper, I'd guess the odds of my account being activated are about 20 percent. I'd say 90 percent if Christine was running things.
