Sheesh......I have a 5 year old and if he follows the past 3 generations he'll be a Navy man.
And just like my dad did....I'll try to dissuade him vociferously and consistently.

My parents did not start being "right" about anything from the time I was 15 until I was in my mid 20's......10 years of parents always being wrong and ignorant. Then somehow they came around to being "right".
I doubt very much this kid is any different then any countless others .....no way.
