It was all my fault. My credit card expired, and I was issued a new one...with the same number but a new date. I did not update the info online with our ISP. Unfortunately, I was extremely busy the past few days and was unaware that the service had been interrupted. The bill is automatically paid on the last day of the month, and since my card ended on 7/31...the billing bounced. I probably have a few other items that are going to bounce now...so I have to figure that out fast. Again, I am very sorry for your inconvenience that I caused.
