Poster Comment: I can't copy the text for some reason,so you will have to go to the link. These are Square D circuit breakers. Or at least appear to be Square D,but aren't. They are made so cheaply that they won't kick out in case of a short,but melt and fuse together creating a house fire. Gee,I wonder where they were made? To: sneakypete (#0) When I had the house finaled the inspector took another quick look at the electrical as he earlier had recommended adding another circuit. He noticed the electrician had used a Square D instead of a GE. The final approval was actually postponed until the Square D was changed and we promised to never put another one in due to their unreliability.
